I had the pleasure of having Craig come out to our house to fix our furnace a few times now.

Craig has always provided friendly, professional service and takes the time to explain the issue and answer any questions.

Throughout the service, Craig was meticulous and obviously took pride in his work. Craig went above and beyond and was respectful of our home making sure everything was clean and tidy before he left.

I highly recommend Fortis HVAC and will call them again should we have any further issues.
