These terms apply to your use of fortisheating.com (the “site”), which is operated by Fortis Heating & Air Conditioning (“we” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Information on This Site

We share information about heating, cooling, water heating and indoor air quality to help you understand your options. It’s general information, not advice for your specific home. Every house and system is different, so please talk to us before you make a decision based on something you read here. Gas and electrical work should only be done by qualified technicians.

Prices, cost ranges, promotions, rebates and referral rewards shown on the site are general information, and they can change or end without notice. Each promotion or reward is subject to the details shown with it. A price applies to your job only when we give you a quote for your home.

Service Requests and Booking

Sending a form doesn’t set an appointment on its own. Your appointment is set once you receive a confirmation from us, including one sent through our online booking. Work we do at your home is covered by the quote, invoice or agreement you receive for that work. If that document and these terms conflict, that document applies.

Content on This Site

The text, photos, logos and other content on the site belong to us or are used with permission. You’re welcome to view our pages and share links to them. Please don’t copy or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Reviews and testimonials shown on the site are the opinions of the customers who wrote them.

Using the Site
