These guys were recommended to us after our original installers completely dropped the ball on a warranty repair. They showed up at the expected time, dealt with the manufacturer,  installed the new compressor, and ensured that everything was properly done. We had the guys from Fortis come out to install a new gas line for our bbq and couldn't be happier. They were friendly, professional and had great communication. Pricing was awesome as well. They even came and adjusted our gas line to fit our new deck and did it on short notice which was very appreciated. We will definitely be using them for all our HVAC, and Gas needs. We used Fortis to replace our air conditioner and are very happy we did! They were an awesome company to work with. Quickly responded to our request for a quote, which was very fairly priced. The Fortis team is amazing! We had a gas fire pit installed in our backyard and the Fortis team were fast and friendly to work with! They were professional and super responsive while aligning timelines with the  landscapers. Fortis was an amazing company to do business with. We needed a new AC unit during this heat wave and they were able to come install it within days! They responded to our inquiry quickly, kept us in the loop and checked in during the installation.They were quick, professional and very easy to deal with. My family and I highly recommend Fortis Heating & Air Conditioning. Craig has helped us out a few times with different problems we've experienced. One time our furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. We had a newborn at the time and he had it back up and working very quickly! It was the dead of winter and I had Reliance come and do a regular maintenance of my 10 year old Furnace.  Within 15 min of arriving the technician told me he was red tagging my furnace and shutting it off because of CO2 emissions (Which was strange because I had just put in 2 new detectors?) but he could have a salesperson out within the hour to help me.   Salesperson arrived and quoted me $10K for new AC and Furnace.  Had a Lennox dealer come out next who looked at the furnace for 15 min and told me $9K.  Thankfully I had been referred to Fortis and Craig showed up promptly,  Looked at the furnace and before he would give me a price asked that he do his own diagnostic.  He took the furnace apart and checked the exhaust on the outside of the house and inside the furnace and found NO CO2 emissions!!!  He removed the red tag and activated the furnace for me at no charge and his only ask was that I consider him when I did need any HVAC work done.  I had Fortis install a new AC unit and thermostat this week and they gave me a Fair Price,  did an exceptionally professional install, and cleaned up and checked everything before they left.    Fortis will be the first call for all of my friends and family going forward.
